We are a small, friendly Yoga & Pilates studio. We have an awesome location on the lakeside in the Emerald Lakes Village at Carrara, and a great bunch of people coming through the doors on a regular basis.
We do not take ourselves too seriously, what you see is what we are about, and if it’s handstands you’re looking for, you won’t find any here. We provide good functional classes that are easy to follow, with a healthy dose of humour along the way. We believe in giving students a whole experience so that they leave feeling good not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. Our aim is to empower all our students to be responsible for their wellbeing, through clear instructions, encouragement, knowledge, and caring support. We get to know YOU and what best suits you. We offer a range of classes to suits your needs and ability, from beginner and beyond and we welcome all ages and genders.
We provide an environment that is friendly and relaxed, where everyone feels comfortable and welcome, a place that you just want to keep coming back to.
