At Your Breathing Space we provide sessions where things move slowly, where there is more time to completely immerse yourself in relaxation.
We offer the opportunity to enjoy a Saturday afternoon Unwind & Nourish class. All classes are limited to 8 students so that we can maintain a high level of support throughout the sessions.
