At Your Breathing Space we provide sessions where things move slowly, where there is more time to completely immerse yourself in relaxation. We run a regular half day Urban Escape, generally around a new moon.
During Spring we offer our popular Chakra Time Retreat, combining, sounds, vibrations, oils, dancing, chanting, restorative and massage to realign ourselves with the new energy of spring. We think it’s a bit like spring cleaning for our physical, mental & emotional bodies.
We also offer the opportunity to enjoy a Saturday afternoon Unwind & Nourish class. All classes are limited to 8 students so that we can maintain a high level of support throughout the sessions.
We can even provide private escapes for groups if you are looking for an experience with close friends.
