Motivation

I was chatting with a friend recently and he was complaining about how hard it is to stick to regular exercise. Life seems to get in the way and even though we feel so good after a workout, whether it’s a gym session, a run, a yoga or Pilates class, it can often be hard to maintain any consistency. Why is that?
